We’re here to help if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase.


Our policy lasts fourteen days. Unfortunately, if fourteen days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to qualify for a return. It must be in the original packaging as well.

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refund.

To return the item(s), please use a solid cardboard box and the original packaging. Please choose the right size box, include cushioning to protect the item, securely seal the box, and remove any labels if you reuse packaging. 


Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and within a certain amount of days, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

  • Late or missing refunds 

 If you have not yet received a refund, check again your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while to officially post your refund. Before a refund is posted, there is often some processing time.

  • Sale items 

It is possible to reimburse only regularly priced items, unfortunately, sales items can not be reimbursed.

  • Exchanges

We replace items only if they are faulty or damaged. Send us an email at orders@hellobio.shop if you need to exchange an item and send it to the following address: ….

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

  • Partial Refunds at the company discretion

The received items without original packaging, damaged, missing parts or used may be granted a partial refund depending on the situation.

Any items received after the 14 days return policy period, will not be granted a refund.


You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs can not be reimbursed. If you receive a refund, your refund will deduct the cost of shipping costs.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are shipping an item over £ 75. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
